Objective: To provide a support group setting for young adults between the ages of 18-24. The ministry is designed to provide an atmosphere where young adults can come an obtain insight and direction for God regarding this stage/season in their life. Transitions also provides an arena where various questions and challenges can be discussed in an open group setting among peers and where answers will be provided based on the Word of God.

Activities: Bible study, group discussions, prayer, intercession, and counseling (if needed) Meeting Times: 6:30p.m.-9:00p.m. on the 3rd Saturday of the each month
