Among the many roles and tasks Mrs. Brenda Lee Green holds and administers, she views among her highest priorities her roles as wife to Raphael Green (Sr. Pastor of Metro Christian Worship center of St. Louis) and mother to their four outstanding children (Ariel Elizabeth; Karissa Anna Janelle; Yohann Gabriel ;Joseph Uriel Ian) and grandmother to one grandson, Gabriel Raphael Ian.

Brenda also serves as Children’s and Women’s’ Ministries Pastor and in an at-large post along with her husband on the ruling Council of Elders for the congregation she serves and assisted in planting. Additionally, she makes time to serve as an Executive Board Member of Metro Associates, Inc. (An innovative para-church and community service organization founded by her husband in December 1978 to assist persons living and/or working in the urban world).

She holds a B.A. Degree in political science form Kean University (Union, N.J.) from which she graduated in 1982. Prior to her present leadership positions at MCWC and MAI, she worked in both Christian and public educational institutions.

One of her life-long dreams has been to earn a law degree and use it to fulfill her passion.

Her passion is to see all people come to place their faith genuinely in the Lord Jesus Christ – especially children. This she is convinced is one of the only reliable strategies for permanently healing, curtailing and preventing the perpetuation of family dysfunction and deterioration. She is an inspiring speaker with a relevant message for all.
